We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the various payment methods.

Offered are a range of payment options including but not limited to: credit/debit cards, EFT, QR Code Payments, Scan to Pay, Mobicred, Snap Scan, Zapper.

Rest assured that all transactions are processed securely using encryption technology. Payfast is a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level possible.

Manual EFT

If you choose the Manual EFT option and click "confirm order," you will receive an automated email with our bank details, the amount you owe, and your reference number.

Please do not speculatively place orders when you have no intention of paying for them. We rely on this income and others might want to purchase the stock that has been reserved for you.

Important details for Manual EFT payments:

Upon confirming the order, the stock you have ordered will be reserved for you, and you have 24 hours to send us proof of payment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. If you cannot make the payment within 24 hours, please leave the site and confirm the order when you are able to.

Use your order number as a reference when making the payment. You can find your order number on the "Thank You" screen and in the email we send you with our banking details.

Due to previous incidents of fraud, we cannot pack and release orders until the payment has reflected in our account. No exceptions.

Depending on your bank, this can take up to three working days and may result in a delay in sending out your order. If your order is urgent, we recommend using one of the instant payment options mentioned above.
